Announcements Dr. Marty Blair has joined the MPRRC staff as a one half time program specialist.  Dr. Blair also serves as the TAESE Assistant Director at .25 time.  Dr. Blair is an expert in special education policy issues; he is known for his knowledge in assistive technology and systems change.  Dr. Blair will assist MPRRC States in the areas of general supervision, SPP, APR, and levels of determination.
