SERRC Regional Administrative Complaint Training
March 31 - April 2, 2004
These training materials were presented by Art Cernosia, Esquire, at the SERRC regional meeting for Complaint Investigators and Impartial Due Process Hearing Officers.  The purpose of the regional meeting was training on the new IDEA 2004 statute.  In addition to the training PowerPoint and accompanying materials from the current training held March 30-31, 2006, materials from previous Complaint Investigator training (March 2004) are included in PDF format.
