Based on recent communication with our project officer we have learned that the RRCs will have to apply for a 1 year no cost extension. This means that we will be expected to operate on existing funds for a year. Based on this and after reviewing our budget, we will not have the funds to support this on-site meeting May 12-13, 2009 at the Renaissance Concourse Atlanta Airport.

We regret that this important meeting will not happen as we planned but anticipate being able to conduct it again once funding has been renewed.

We look forward to working with you in the future and will stay in touch once we find out about our funding and rescheduling this meeting.
