RTI online resources and links for shared learning and information exchange
Primary Resources on flexible funding:
• Each Ed-Flex is required to report annually on its monitoring of waivers it granted. Through these reports, states are to provide information about how Ed-Flex has supported the implementation of standards-based reform. Ed-Flex are also required to report on the achievement results of schools and districts that have had waivers in place for two school years. This link provides the programs covered by ED-Flex. http://www.ed.gov/programs/edflex/applicant.html
• These policy letters to states regarding their flex plans and activities provide guidance and insight on a variety of topics of interest to State Educational Agencies (SEAs), school districts, federal program directors, and others in implementing No Child Left Behind around the arrears of accountability, AYP, assessment, school improvement, use of funds, etc. http://www.ed.gov/policy/elsec/guid/stateletters/index.html
