Registration
The registration deadline is Friday, August 8, 2008. When registering online, keep in mind that while the NAC and the OSEP Leadership Conference are two separate conferences, the registration form linked below will allow you to register for either conference or both conferences.

Accommodations
The conferences will be held at the Renaissance Harborplace Hotel in Baltimore, Maryland. The Renaissance Harborplace Hotel is located at 202 East Pratt Street Baltimore, Maryland 21202.
If you have not already done so, book your room online by July 22, 2008 to receive the special group rate. Our contracted rate is $155/night. Rate and availability can not be guaranteed after this date, so please book your room as soon as possible.
The closest airport to the conferences is the Baltimore-Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI). It is located about eight miles south of the hotel facilities. The hotel does not provide shuttle service. The average taxi fare to the hotel is approximately $30.00. Other ground transportation options are available. See the BWI Airport website for details.

Cancellation Policy
Should you find that you are unable to attend the conference for any reason after paying your registration fee, the following refund policy will apply: Your registration fee minus a 25% administrative charge for processing will be refunded. To request reimbursement, your request must be submitted via email to Jeff Coles,
, and include all of your contact information. Refund requests must be submitted by August 17, 2008 and include who the refund should be made payable to. Please allow 6 weeks to receive your reimbursement check.

ECO Meeting
The Measuring Early Child & Family Outcomes meeting is occuring following the National Accountability Conference (NAC) on August 27 and 28, 2008. This TA meeting will provide opportunities for participants to learn about other states' strategies for measuring child and family outcomes, hear the latest guidance from the Early Childhood Outcomes Center and the Office of Special Education Programs, and discuss common challenges and effective practices. This meeting is intended for Part C and Part B, Section 619 staff who work on collecting, reporting, and using child and family outcomes data.
