State Status Determinations for Local Programs (May 28, 2008)
The second call, Overview of Requirements for State Status Determinations for Local Program, was held on May 28, 2008. The call included a presentation on requirements for determinations and practical strategies to address the requirements for state-to-local determinations. In addition to the presentation, two states, representing Part B and Part C agencies, shared their processes and strategies for making local determinations.
