FEATURED TAPs Periodically, the MSRRC will feature a Technical Assistance Plan (TAP) to highlight our work and activities in the states. Initially, the featured TAP will appear on the MSRRC home page and afterwards, can be found at this link. MSRRC INFORMATION REQUESTS The ASC/MSRRC Information Specialist can provide technical assistance to states to help see how other states are addressing various issues relating to IDEA 2004 and students with disabilities.
