It was presented by JFK Partners at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. About 100 people attended the live presentation in November of 2006, and a dozen or so sites were participating from a distance. Please note that because of a technical recording glitch, you may not be able to hear the audio until about a minute and 15 seconds into the program.
