Exploring the Tools of Internet Technology; A Series of Podcasts for Trainers & Educators
About this Series: This series of podcasts is about using technology in education. It was written as part of our series on using technology for training with our Part C Coordinators, but of course this information is useful for just about anyone working in education. We’ll be talking about podcasts, vidcasts, webinars, and other ways to help you share information more effectively. Some of these may seem a little scary and unfamiliar now, but when we’re done chatting about them I think you’ll understand what they are and how you might use them in your training or education materials.
The most important part is to remember that even though I’m a technophile myself – meaning that I love technology – that doesn’t mean that I think that you should use any of these just because they’re cool. I’ll give you some good ideas about when and how to use these tools, as well as some resources to explore them further.
