The September SPP/APR TA call will be on the Early Childhood Outcomes Indicators (Part C Indicator 3 and Part B Indicator 7).  The purpose of this call will be to discuss the change to the measurement for these indicators and what this means for States.  We will also review some issues that are addressed in our FAQs.  Presenters for the call are:  Julia Martin, MSIP; Jennifer Tschantz, RTP; and Kathy Hebbler, ECO Center.

At the Data Managers' meeting there was a great deal of discussion about the Part C compliance indicators.  This call will include a discussion of these three indicators and how States should be measuring and reporting on the indicators.  There will be no handouts for this call but please have your SPP/APR Indicator Measurement Table available.
