The September SPP/APR TA call will be on the Early Childhood Outcomes Indicators (Part C Indicator 3 and Part B Indicator 7). On this call you will be informed about the requirements related to reporting on LEA/EIS Program performance on SPP targets, OSEP expectations and possible enhancements to this reporting. At the Data Managers' meeting there was a great deal of discussion about the Part C compliance indicators. This call will include a discussion of these three indicators and how States should be measuring and reporting on the indicators. There will be no handouts for this call but please have your SPP/APR Indicator Measurement Table available.
