The Utah Office of Education, Special Education Office and the Center for Technical Assistance for Excellence in Special Education/Mountain Plains Regional Resource Center (TAESE/MPRRC) are teaming up to provide the annual conference designed for administrators, educators, related service providers, advocates, families, college and university professors and students, and others involved in developing and supporting special education services. Most sessions will require a background in special education procedures and practice in order to apply the information to work or advocacy responsibilities.

Registration Fee
In-state participants: $20. Out-of-state participants: $175. Utah local education agency employees may be able to submit the receipt of payment and evidence of attendance for reimbursement. Please check with your LEA special education director for information about the local policy and procedure. Payment will need to be made by personal or agency check or by purchase order. Please direct payment to Utah State University, TAESE/MPRRC. In order to participate in the conference, payment must be be received by July 23. No credit cards will be accepted.

Parking
Parking is available at the Ogden Eccles Center and nearby downtown lots. Parking is at the expense of participants. AMCO provides a parking garage behind the OECC and additional parking lots around the center. The price for these parking areas is $2.00 per day and must be paid by the conference attendee. There will be no parking validations for this conference.

Child Care
Please do not bring infants or young children to this conference, as child care is not available.
USU Continuing Education Credit, USOE Credit, and Utah State Bar Association CLE Credit
One USU continuing education credit is available; registration must be completed and the $45.00 fee paid by check by the end of the first day to be eligible to receive credit. USOE credit will also be available. An assignment and evaluation are required at the completion of the conference in order to receive credit. Utah State Bar Association CLE credits may be obtained by completing an application through the CLE web page.
