The mission of the Mid-South Regional Resource Center (MSRRC) is to make a positive difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities, birth through 21 years, and their families, by supporting state agencies in the Mid-South region and their partners.
The MSRRC is a project within the Human Development Institute (HDI), a University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities Education, Research and Service. HDI focuses its efforts on improving lifelong opportunities and services for individuals with disabilities, their families and the community.
