The Western Regional Resource Center is one of several projects operated by TACS (Technical Assistance and Consulting Services) at the University of Oregon. Download the 2007 TACS report.

TACS provides consultation, technical assistance, training, product development, and information services to State Education Agencies and Part C Lead Agencies to support them in systemic improvement in the areas of policies, procedures, and practices that will result in quality programs and services for children with disabilities and their families.  We also assist agencies in developing collaborative and networking relationships with stakeholders, other agencies, and other technical assistance providers across regional boundaries.
