Parents will also find a resource section specifically focused on their needs. Part C (Ages Birth-2) Wisconsin Department of Health & Human Services’ Birth to 3 Program The Wisconsin Department of Health & Human Services’ Birth to 3 Program website provides information to parents of young children with special needs. Parents will find links to the Birth to 3 Program’s services, state and regional contacts, and training opportunities. Parent Center Wisconsin Family Assistance Center for Education, Training, and Support (WI FACETS) The Wisconsin Family Assistance Center for Education, Training, and Support (WI FACETS) website provides resources to children and adults with disabilities and their families. Visitors will find information about workshops, events, and services provided by WI FACETS. There is also the opportunity to join discussions in the WI FACETS chat group.
