Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare’s Office of Child Development and Early Learning The Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare’s Office of Child Development and Early Learning Web site contains information for families of children with developmental delays. Parents can find a variety of information related to early intervention including child development, transitions, early intervention services and eligibility, and preparing for the Individualized Family Service Plan.
Parent Center
Parent Education Network Parent Education Network is a training and information center for parents of children with special needs. Parents will find information on federal disability policies and laws, legal issues, transportation, recreation and travel, social security and SSI, and state special education resources. There are also a variety of parent guides that can be ordered from the site.
