Tennessee has agreed to facilitate a webinar that is designed to provide to our region their newly designed documents as well as their processes for the submission of indicators 9 and 10. The team will “share their story AT THIS POINT IN TIME.” They do not know the answers to all the questions and want to tell the story as a series of challenges and initiatives they have taken, the TN journey.

The outcomes of this session are:

1) To address the challenges to establish strong monitoring systems that address identification in a thorough way

2) To address the challenges in the analysis of monitoring data

3) To review the difficulty in designing a review of the policies, procedures and practices and

4) To review the TN process toward the submission of the indicators
