The National Center on Low-Incidence Disabilities with the help and sponsorship of the Bresnehan-Hallstead Center at the University of Northern Colorado is pleased to announce the Fourth Research Summit on Low-Incidence Disabilities. Researchers from around the country will be discussing the unique challenges of doing rigorous, valid research in populations that comprise less than ¼ of 1% of the school age population of the United States. This group of children – blind, deaf, and those with severe disabilities – represents some of the largest challenges in educational research.
