Partners for Youth with Disabilities (PYD) is hosting Aspire, Achieve, Empower: First National Conference on Mentoring for Youth with Disabilities. Partnering with state and national organizations, the focus is on sharing best practices in the field of mentoring youth with disabilities with specific attention on funding issues, sustainability, program development and effective practices.
